The ground-breaking design is the work of Adrian Fisher Mazes, the world’s leading maze and labyrinth designers. And although Adrian has worked on mazes as far afield as Korea and the United States, his company is based right here in the West Country.

The Escot maze design features five fantastic hedge-leaping bridges and a dramatic central lookout tower. It’s certainly no pushover. Within the beech rows four hidden switch-gates lie in wait. These can change the pattern of the maze completely and they provide 10 possible levels of difficulty!

Beech was chosen because as the seasons pass, it will blend in beautifully with all the other elements of Escot's fantasy gardens and woodland.

The maze has been an immediate hit and something families can enjoy doing together.

Good news for Escot visitors is that there is no extra charge for the maze.
