We are grateful to have received the following feedback from families who have recently held memorials and wakes with us.
I just wanted to say a big ‘thank you’ to you and the team at Escot House for all your support and help in organising a lovely remembrance reception for my late father last week.
Despite being a little nervous about how many guests would attend, due to the bad weather and travel disruption, we ended up with lots of friends, colleagues and family attending which was lovely and a wonderful tribute and celebration of my father’s life.
It was also a bonus to have the resident cat, Tucker, make an appearance and helped in welcoming our guests!

As a family, we also felt that the occasion went well and received many appreciative comments from guests.
The distance from the crematorium, the setting and the refreshments were just right, and the log fire especially welcome on a cold and wet afternoon.

F, L and I could not have been more delighted with the arrangements for I’s memorial & remembrance. Everything was just right, the venue, the food and the staff were just perfect, we received many comments from the guests praising all three, “I” would have been delighted and would have very much enjoyed his send off.
